Refund Regulations:

  1. For the participants who register on the BATCH I (January 6 – March 6, 2020) and have been made a payment, the application fee will be adjusted to the application fee based on the BATCH II (July 16 – August 31, 2020) regulations. The remaining money will be returned to the participants on July 27 – August 5, 2020.
  2. For the participants who register on the BATCH I and decided to submit a cancellation for participating I3F 2020, kindly please confirm immediately before July 20, 2020, through our email or Whatsapp number by mentioning the reason. If you did not make confirmation before the due date, you are considered to agree and continue to join in the I3F 2020 and can not submit another cancellation afterward.
  3. For the participants who register on the BATCH I and submit a cancellation before July 20, 2020, the application fee will be returned by 50%. The Refunds will be made a maximum of 7 working days from the time participants get a confirmation reply from the I3F 2020 committee.
  4. For the participants who register on the BATCH II, if you decided to submit a cancellation for participating I3F 2020, kindly please confirm immediately before August 16, 2020, through our email or Whatsapp number by mentioning the reason. If you did not make confirmation before the due date, you are considered to agree and continue to join in the I3F 2020 and can not submit another cancellation afterward.
  5. For the participants who register on the BATCH II and submit a cancellation before August 16, 2020. The application fee will be returned by 60%. The Refunds will be made a maximum of 7 working days from the time participants get a confirmation reply from the I3F 2020 committee.
  6. For the participants who decided to cancel their participation in the I3F 2020, both from the BATCH I and BATCH II will still receive physical facilities, including 2 Competition Kits, 2 T-shirts, and 2 Merchandise that will be sent to participants address on September 20, 2020.
